I went out hunting for this deer tonight. I got about 100 yards from my stand and found him dead from a low shot in the guts. I had him at 15 yards one day and
20 another. Its a sad way to close a chapter. He is 17 1/2 inside and 19 1/2 outside. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Opening weekend of gun we found 2 bucks dead . One of them was a similar to the one you have pictured and the other was only about 14" wide. it sucks to
find them like that, that is for sure. Your deer is hard to determine how long its been sitting. Deer itself is alright but the rack already had mice and
squirrels chewing on them. hopefully he breed some does.

I think he has been dead about 4 days. He was just starting to stink, wasn't real bad yet. I also believe that the antlers were shot or broke some other
way. You cant see teeth marks or anything like that on them.
