Thats not my buck! I know the pictures say something different, but i didn't shoot him. My buddy and long time hunting partner is the lucky one (or
lakbuk on moab). We tracked it for about 2 miles on Saturday from 10:30 to 4:30 when we decided to let him go overnight. He was headed to an area that we new
real well and thought it was safe to leave him with the weather we were having. Nick, the guy who got him had to go back home Saturday night because his
daughter was excepted to U. of M. and had a tour to do. My wife and i picked the track back up and found him another 1/2 mile away in the bottom of a ditch.
All the at-a-boys need to go to him. If you notice the hole by his shoulder, that is the entrance and exit hole. Crazy that we even found it huh!! Along our 6
hour tracking day, we stumbled upon a an old horseshoe. It was in the most nasty, thick, overgrown crap you could think of. Maybe that was a sign. Anyway, if
you guys want the story you are going to have to get it from him. All i know is that he finally was able to shoot a nice one without pissing himself
