Not terribly long ago I saw a posting on the net showing a Michigan state map by counties. It had the number of sightings of wild hogs reported to DNR. Assuming the DNR is sharing the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth I remember something like 80+ reported sightings. I thought that the mid-part of the state in the northern lower showed the most. If I find the page I will post it here. The "experts" say if the hogs get out of control (evidently they breed worse than rabbits) that they can raise holy hell on planted crops in no time.
