 Water in the trench means no water in the basement!! Thats a GOOD
thing. I've been fighting this water problem for years now and I think I have finally found a solution...old clay tile that hooks up to city storm drains
is backing up into the foundation, am going to cement the tile closed by the road and put in a new drain field from the foundation to the creek out behind the
house..

Yep, get that sucker pumped "dry" lay in some plastic field tile and pea stone over it. Is that the footing just above the water line? Or is there
more block we are seeing, just wondering.

Yes that is the foundation footing, You can't see it in those pics but there is a tile at the far corner that goes thru the foundation wall and under the
slab

Here is a pic of the trouble making tile where it goes thru the foundation and under the slab.
