Has anyone hunted the HAP program in this area? I know there is one listed but never have went there.

hunter.... explain what the HAP program is again. I saw it talked about on here a few times but never really followed the topic. Fill me in quick .....what is
it exactly?

Yes it is a program where the state pays the land owner, and they let hunters on it to hunt. They have a guide of all the areas who allow hunters.

Okay I remember that now....I remember seeing a guide or list of these lands. It is similar to the Commercial Forest Act that land owners enrolled in years
ago.
