I always drive out by Ruby but I want to find closer spots, If I only have a few hours to get out i dont wana drive an hour one way an spend 20.00 in gas to
get out there an back its not worth it, So if you guys know of local spots an any info on them that would be great, I mainly want to do some small game locally
maybe waterfowl

If your in Chesterfield, there is a spot right down the road from you actually. Now that I think about it there are a couple not too far from you. One is
between 26 and 29 mile and between Omo Rd and......I can't remember the next road to the east of Omo, but almost that entire area is state land. Not really
marked but is legal to hunt. I think it's marked on a Macomb County map. You can also hunt St. Johns Marsh up between Algonac and Fairhaven. Also I think,
I'm not positive though, but I think you can hunt Algonac state park.
