Tell your friend to pray that it doesn't stop working. When I talked to Greg at Icegator. He told me that I send it to them and once it got there ,there would be a 1 day turn around. And be sent back. I shipped it out on wed  1/26, they got and signed for it on thru 1/27. and have had it for over 2 weeks. They have not returned any phone calls or e-mails. So far their customer service is a little off.
