Anybody looking for a new winch should check this one out... I was with Troy and that winch saved us a boatload of work. Without the winch we would have had to cut up those logs in firewood size pieces and the carry them out across the plank you can see in the pics. This is on the edge of a marsh/cedar swamp, you can see the black mud on the plank, it is not easy walking, especially when you are carrying wood. We pulled these logs out to the trail where we could just cut them up and put them on the trailer to haul back to the cabin. With this winch we cut a pickup truck load of wood in a very short time compared to if we would have had to carry it all out by hand.
