got into my stand late this morning around 610 am around 640 i had a nice 10 pt with split brow tines. come running straight at me after a little grunting.
Never gave me a shot when it was broadside it was behind realy think black brush so i waited for him to turn and catch wind of the doe scent i had out. Which
he did not. jumped the river and disapeared in the cat tails about 70 yds ahead of me. Got down from my stand around 7 am and went to my other stand about
250-300 yds across on the other side of my property to cut this deer off before it got into our pines. 5 minutes after getting in my other stand i started to
grunt and all of a sudden from a different part of my woods this 9 pt came out into my food plot i grunted one more time and he came with in 30 yds quartering
away and smoked him. went 60 yds and was done. The bucks over here is the SE part of wisconsin are very responsive to grunting at rattles the last few days
