Here are two options for doing Salmon.

Salmon fillet for the grill: Lay the fillet skin down on a piece of aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with a cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, dill (small amount 1/4 teaspoon or so) and the same amount of chopped garlic. Spread the topping evenly on the Salmon and grill. First with the lid open and finish for the last couple of minutes with the lid down.

Salmon steaks in the broiler: Lightly spray your broiling pan or foil for ease of removal after cooking. Mix the ingrediants as mentioned, but fill the cavity of the steak full up. We cover our steaks with foil and finish them by removing the foil for the last couple of minutes to glaze the mixture.
