Went out Sunday nite to find out-my son's tree stand was stolen! Who ever stole it must of found it then brought back bolt cutters and cut the lock or
chains. For the person who stole it, I hope you enjoy stealing a 17 year olds tree stand. Your day will come and then maybe you can think about what you
did. I just hope you never see a deer while using it!!!

Stealing stands is the worst, but there is also another problem. Friend has farm with woods that he bought to hunt. Went to his woods last week and found two
hanging stands with screw in foot steps in his trees. These guys knew they are poaching. I live next to state land.... unlabeled tree stands left up year
round, screw in-steps, 2x4 nailed in, etc. This time of year, the creeps come out of the woodwork.

That time of year when idiots appear outdoors. Went to my treestand Nov. 6 and could see 4x4 tracks had torn everything up. Got down and followed the tracks to
a neighbor (who had just moved in). He and a buddy had ridden around and around all though my posted woods and property. He even knocked down a no trespassing
sign to get it and was lying in his track. I followed the tracks up to his door. "I didn't know who owned it...blah, blah, I didn't know you were
using it...blah, blah. I made it clear I's not see those 4x4 in there again. "Okay, I understand". On thanksgiving morning, there were 4x4 tracks
all over there again. He was having a thankgiving bond fire, so he went all through the woods picking up firewood, including lenghths I had cut up to pick up
and sell. This time he denied it, but the fresh tracks led straight to his back yard and the bond fire. So much for my hunts.

There are some "hunters" who can not be called sportsmen. A few years back my family bought my 80 year old father a pop-up blind so he could hunt
and not be out in the weather/rain, we hunted every day but 1 and the day we didn't hunt someone stole that blind, this was on private property in tuscola
county. If I ever find out who took it they will never find his body. After that I built a shack for Dad to hunt out of.
