			<description><![CDATA[ welcome first off. with the scale on a level surface, the powder pan on the holder and the weight all the way on zero, adjust the screw foot on the bottom till
the beam reads zero. from this point adjust the weights to the desired charge weight eg: 45 grains, then add powder till the scale zeros out. hope this helps. ]]></description>
