It seems these states/areas get bigger bucks than in MI.

Ive hunted all mentioned with the exception of Ohio or Canada... Iowa seems to be the best destination. Illinois can be good too, but access is hard, and the Outfitters rape the land. Of those states I feel Iowa has the easiest access to private... Never had a problem getting permission on private farms. It also has great public. Illinois has good public too, but access to private usually means getting your wallet out.
